FS: Rolling Chassis (restored, new, repro) UPDATE, selling individual parts

01/02/13 - Frame and parts (minus the rear end) are SOLD. I am keeping the rear end until I can get the pinion seal replaced.

Sad to see you have to sell....hope nothing serious! Being I just went through the same chassis build on the vista, I know what you have in this, and that's not including your labor. Your price is a bargain...good luck!

Thanks. Nothing too serious yet (typical $ issues).

Totally worth the money, and also worth it in the amount of time saved.I have restored stuff like this before, and unless you have actually done it,you won't quite understand the amount of effort that goes into it.
I wonder how I could get it into the states.

Good question. If I needed a frame, I would definitely go for this.

Just as the OP, most are holding back due to $$$$ issues. I agree it's a great deal for someone.

Note that I am going to be selling frame parts separately. Prob easier that way as some seem to want certain parts. As they become available will add to this thread as opposed to starting a new one. thx

I'm glad you decided to do this. It will take more time and you may be left with the frame when done. But being able to ship smaller items could make all the difference in selling it or not. And you might get closer to re-couping your investment. I hope the day comes when you can build an Oldsmbile again. But I understand you do what you have to for now.

That is a great deal! Wish I had the funds right now! I need to do that work to mine, it would save me so much! Think times are tough for everyone right now.

Dang it Ken. I sure wish you didn't have to do that. This would have been an awesome find for me 2 years ago when I started my restoration. Hope you can recover some of the $$ you need.
