Looks like part of an aftermarket adapter for a Corvair. Basic Corvair pancake 6 cylinder engine has 2 1bl carbs, one each side of the engine. The adapter would locate the 4bl over the center of the engine and route tubes to the left and right side carb flanges.

I was told this was aftermarket for Corvair???
I do not know
It has been used as a coat hook lately
You could hang your hat on it too....

You're probably right, but when I look at it, all I can see is the start of a twin-turbo setup...

Ooops, price probably just went up!
