Dog dish hubcaps

Later type. Driver quality with some work, have scratches and dings here and there. $50 shipped.

Im interested in the caps do you know what i could use to polish the scratches out? Are they stainless?

If I had to guess, they look like anodized aluminum....hopefully I'm wrong!

Not sure on both accounts. Maybe someone on the forum would know what the hubcaps were made from.
