I have a coworker who is also a watchmaker.
he has been repairing watches for years.
I gave him a bunch of clocks to repair.
Including the one from my 73 Caddy.
$150 + shipping. Clocks cleaned, lubed adjusted, tested.
I have 71-73 style clocks the ealier is from a 71 98 and has "GT" stamped on the case, the one from the 73 is marked "Borg instruments"
I have 3 74-76 clocks i believe all marked Borg. The later clocks are larger.

 

Is your friend interested in fixing a pair of clocks out of a pair of 1968 88’s I own? I am in Morgantown WV, so not that far from you relatively speaking.
