Up for sale is a pair of original Olds big block exhaust manifolds. Cast/Part #'s are 389268 (Right side - "W" manifold) and 389269 (Left side - "X" manifold). These are correct for a '65-67 400 or 425 motor but will work on other big blocks as well.

Overall these are very clean. They have been cleaned down to the bare casting surface (not beadblasted or sandblasted) and are coated with WD40 to prevent flash rust. Details as follows:

>No cracks in the port areas.....there is ONE short, small crack in a
"webbed" area of the Right side W manifold (see LAST PIC).

>Two helicoiled exhaust pipe bolt holes - one on each manifold

>Heat riser flap inside the manifold isn't there but the shaft that it was attached to is still in place and all the external heat riser parts are very nice looking (ie the "counterweight", the coiled heat spring and another retainer piece next to the spring)

>All mounting bolt holes well intact with no cracks, repairs, etc.

Surprised they haven't sold. These are hard to find in decent condition not all pitted up and cracked.

 

Boggles my mind as well.......they're headed to the scrapper soon.
