A picture would help but you really need to say what it fits. The part number really don't mean a lot to most people. Condition unknown means it doesn't work to anybody looking. And $200 is high for a radio with condition unknown. A realistic price would be $75-$100.

I believe the model means
9 = 1969
_3 = Olds
__B = B body aka big car, probably C body [98] as well
___F = FM
____W = Wunderbar [sic]
is there a small round multipin plug [~3/4" dia] on it for a separate amplifier/ whatever that other box is? If so, it is supposed to have the matched box with it.
