455 AC brackets 3-4 pieces plus hardware in pic these are the only parts that i have for this

Hey Retro, this might just be a bump for your post...or it may not. I'm building a 455 for my '71 Supreme. Those look like the same brackets I have with my 350. If they are not, I'll need these but not the compressor. Do you happen to know if they are the same?

 

Hi mac idk if they are the same BBO and sbo? Maybe someone else can chime in?

 

Mac I just saw a threa where one of COs more knowledgeable parts sellers stated the brackets are the same 350 to 455 as long as they're the same style i.e. Stamped or cast.

So you should be all set

Just did ac install on '70 442, brackets have two sets of holes for different block height for small/big block.

 

Just curious... What is that compressor off of? The decal looks like the ones I see on 70 but the number at the bottom is 729 I think. Whoever buys this compressor needs to be careful with the decal. The correct decals are not reproduced.

 

the compressor came off my 70 455. IIRC the 455 was out of a big car (not an A body)but not 100% on that
