I think your close, 73-77 maybe? Also, there is a date code printed on the circuit board. The one with blue ink is 2 73, Feb 1973. There should be one on the green board pod too, I just don't see it in the photo.

73 speedo has the white ring around the perimeter. Rally gauge is 75-77 since it has the unleaded gas only warning.

I think 75 is reasonable for the rally pac. I've seen the going in that range lately.
