Here is an original chrome Hurst Shifter Handle that came from the original Hurst shifter setup used in a '73 and later (don't know HOW much later) Cutlass/442 4 speed car.

>Original chrome w/scuffing, etc here and there.....patina or an EXCELLENT rechrome candidate

>No bubbling/pitting on handle other than a very small area of very fine deterioration towards the bottom on the P side of the handle. Not the kind of wear/tear that would require any extra work at the rechrome shop to remedy

>No number stamped in the base of the handle.....but I purchased and pulled the handle knowing it was from a '73 and later Olds Cutlass/442
