72' Cutlass 442 Rear view Mirror. No map light.
This mirror is in perfect condition other than the glass blemishes.
The black backing, rubber seal, day/night lever and adjustment lever are near perfect.
Replace the glass and this mirror would look NOS.

That would be for post Jan 1st 1972 production cars when the non glare black back mirrors were federally mandated. 1972 cars built before that will have the stainless backed rear view mirrors. Of course there’s likely some grey area cars that may have been built earlier in January that still have the stainless mirrors.

Nice mirror. By chance would you have the replacement glass to go along with the mirror?

 

Unfortunately I do not have a replacement mirror.
But there are some members who restore these and have replacement mirrors.
