70 Cutlass with A/C uses a 5.5" tall water pump.
71/72 Cutlass with A/C use 6" tall water pump.

I still believe the pump will work i tooke the pullys off of a 72. 350 and ac pump and put on my 455 an i had to put he 72 water pump on it to make it work it was taller than my pump without air i will take a chance on it
