Original equipment OAI hood. No fiberglass cracks. Metal frame is rust-free. Factory screen still attached. Hood pins and hardware included. Nearly perfect considering hood is 50 years old.

Talked to one of my brothers about it. He bought the exhaust system off a maroon W-31 back in the early 80's. The hood was gone when he got there. I bet this is that hood. Looks very clean. Not sure what the going price is for an original OAI hood but they don't come around clean very often.

This hood is a time capsule in truly fantastic condition. Thanks to no1oldsfan for the tip on availability. I drove over to Denver yesterday to have a look and brought it back today. I love the look of those W25 hoods but did not want a re pop for a number of reasons. This one will fit the bill perfectly. The seller is actually a forum member here and has had the hood since the early 90's. He painted it Maroon himself, so it wasn't off the W31 car previously mentioned.
