i have had these for a while. i need to move them before they end up lost into the great unknown (my basement). $10 shipped each. the part number is 403573 and 402017. they are not in my parts books but am told they are for a 1970 Olds 88 or 99? can anyone confirm that?

Eric, you are finding some cool NOS parts. Must have had a 'dream' about this before you got married? Could not find this in my parts manual either, even looked in group 10.275 nothing there either. I did a web search for 1970 Olds 98 and came up with this pic. It looks a lot like your part

 

According to my Sept 1974 Olds P&A book these fit the following:

402017- 69 & 70 except F85 and Toronado LH control panel plate with rear defog

403573- 69 & 70 except F85 and Toronafo LH control panel plate with cruise control and rear defog
