Just pulled this out of a 70 Cutlass I'm parting. It has surface rust but no rot out, very solid & straight assembly. The hood latch components are all intact & it works fine. Also included are the original mounting bolts as shown. This is for 70 only with just the one square hole on the top for the hood catch hook, not two holes like 71-72. These are commonly rusted badly on the bottom edge and/or smashed in from bumper impact. A good one to restore for a nice car.
