Complete sport wheel from mid 70’s cutlass. Hub and cap have been painted black (tan originally). Sport wheel good driver condition. Not sticky. Smooth on front side but grain is present on back side still. Not a show piece but very nice driver wheel that is 100% complete and ready to bolt on!
