This wheel is complete. The wheel itself has good grain on the back but the front is mostly smooth like most. This wheel is a little lumpy in places. I have never seen that on one of these before. The horn button is not cracked. The horn contact looks like it has replacement plastic plugs in it. I have not tried it to see if it works. it is possible that contact would need replaced.
