Regular. It came out of a 1970 Supreme. It should also fit the Cutlass S.

This is the only area I see with any flaw. It looks like a small scuff. It is on the top front of the pad above the glove box door.

Hole on either side on the top of the bumper. Could be the bumper guard mounting hole.
