On May 5th 2012 I PAID for this console from the seller
88hurstolds. Today is May 25th and I still have NOT
Recived the console. And the seller DoesNOT
Respond to me WHY he hasNOT shipped the
Console.
Please be careful when dealing with this seller

You received no console because you were refunded due to being a bipolar drunk who has done nothing but harass me, send me drunk texts during the middle of the night of cars, call me at odd hours at night when normal people are sleeping just to talk Oldsmobiles and you were refunded because of it. Just look at the time you posted this^^^^

Ive sold close to a thousand parts to people in the Olds community but have never encountered such a strange individual as yourself.

I'm not saying I'm perfect but I am a private seller with a busy career and sometimes cannot be as responsive as Summitt or Jegs.
You sir have anger issues and dont know how to treat people with respect, I should post all the psyco texts and then appologetic calls afterwards.
I suggest you steer clear of buying online, its obvious to me that its not for you.
The reason I refunded you was because I was sick of dealing with you and your numerous texts and calls at all hours of the night while I was sleeping (which had nothing to do with this transaction) and your attitude when I told you that I would be shipping on the 19th since I was unable to on the 12th due to circumstances out of my control which were fully explained to you and you didn't care. But then for some reason you decided to take your bad day out on me instead of kicking your dog. You got irrate and demanded compensation, of which I did immediately in the form of a full refund.
Then you call me all appologetic after I gave you the refund still wanting the damn thing after you fly off the handle on me.
As nice as I am I then agreed to sell it to you again after the refund clears, but looks like you're having one of those days again... If you would have kept your cool you would have had the damn thing in your hands last Monday.
Take a hike, you have your money, I have no reason to rip anyone off or use people.

Yes still available, already boxed up.
I am heading to FedEX to ship carpet, a dash and buckets tomorrow, I can drop off along with those, otherwise it will have to wait until next Sat since I dont have free time during the week due to my career.

I'm in no spot, you were refunded, funds are cleared from my bank account (can take a screen shot to prove it), I wipe my hands of you.
I have allot to do today at work, I don't have time for this bipolar internet pissing match.

Has this "Refund" as pending until June 6th!!

Then maybe you should pick up the phone and call them or do some research instead of dwelling on it.
It may say the 6th but that is never the case, PayPal always puts 10-14 days for echecks to clear when it usually takes a week from the date it was done. The check clears when the Fed releases the funds according to them (I've delt with this many times). Funds were cleared from my account as of Wednesday, wouldn't surprise me if you don't see them tomorrow and then we could have proceeded again but no... you made that choice with the harassing 4am text message waking me up this morning and that's not the first time I've been woken up by you sending me photos of cars and Olds stuff at 11pm, 1am etc. That's just inappropriate and uncivil, people work, especially me with my boss on Maternity leave, I've been working 12hr days for the past 6 weeks basically doing two jobs, frikin bullshit. We verbally discussed this along with the shipping terms but you seem to have some sort of trust or anger issue...
I'm not out to hustle anyone here, it's not about the parts or money, I just choose to do buisness with civilized human beings. It's the fact of the matter on how you treated me...
