69 H/O starter

Very nice and very hard to come by rebuilt starter with a D/C of 9 E 12 (May 12 69) NOT A RE-STAMP $325 plus s/h and paypal fees if requested.

What's all this?
Did that application not use a starter brace? I don't see the hole for the bolt at the lower end of the brace.
