Don't know 69's very well, so not sure of the model application. This piece has all the mounting studs intact with some weird green sealant around them, is straight with no nicks or dents, and has very little pitting down in the valley between the outer edge and the center part. I believe it can be used on a show car after painting the center part. 200.00 shipped.
