I also have a new TH400 Torque Converter BU3 made or reman by Consolidated Vehicle Converters (CVC).

I would guess that it is for a stock application.
The only specs I found were these.

SLOTS PADS
PRIMARY HAS 3 ROWS OF DIMPLES
11 1/2” BOLT CIRCLE
45.00 plus shipping, it's pretty heavy.

Here are the 3 consoles one is pretty complete and the other two missing shifters and a few small parts. The top plates are a bit rough. The consoles have been painted with SEM Landau black and most small parts have been cleaned and repainted to the best of my knowledge factory colors. I soaked the light lenses in OXY Clean and Hydrogen peroxide and it gets some of the yellow out. Lens housing were repainted with Eastwood Silver CAD.
One console lid inner metal plate has some metal cut out of it, would still work or they are also repro'd.
The mounting holes are all good, I repaired a few of them with a product called QBond I have yet to try a plastic repair product as good as this.
I have a few untested console harnesses that I will include.
No locks they are available on Ebay.
I have a console top plate that has been re chromed it's not bad I would be willing to part with just the top plate for 150.00.
