I am taken this 1970 MC apart this week which has the same pan as your Cutlass The upper trunk pan, taken off the spot welds from the front and side, cut in the back where it curves down to the lower trunk pan, priced at $150.00.Shipping can go with Fed Ex ground, price depends on your zip. Lower trunk pan, taken off the spot welds on the sides from the extensions. Cut thru the back of the trunk pan were it curves up about 3 inches high. Will include all the trunk and gas tank support braces, in great shape, priced at $240.00. Shipping on the trunk pan can go with Greyhound Bus lines around the $100.00 area, great deal for real GM parts that fit right back on. Whole trunk pan is $325.00, shipping GH would be a little more.
