I could probably use them. I'm not sure how these work, are then the inner or outer or complete?

Dave , Sorry they just sold, there is the inner and the outer, usually these pieces seem like they are galvanized? at least on the inner, you would need to replace the rocker like any other sheetmetal, but if you were doing the whole rocker, I would think you would need the body well supported and bracketed, as the inner and outer form a kind of trangular sheet metal beam that must give considerable support to the body.
