Here is a top cowl section I am going to be removing this month, its on a 70 Monte which used the same top section as the other bodies minus the dash differences. From the windshield channel to the firewall are the same, you will have to weld your dash top to this. Its rust free, no swelling on the seam and will be taken off all the spot welds, last photo is an example of one sold here.
