I just removed this, its a full section for the side cowl which includes the shoulder, door jamb with hinge mounts, blower motor panel with lower splash panel and inner kickpanel with lower fender mounting ledge which the front hole has a small cut from someone using a torch to remove the bolt,minor.On sale for 180.00 and shipping with Fed Ex ground to the east coast is $65.00 less if your closer states. I have a rusted out door jamb but it's solid when it reaches the cowl to the right of the hinges... would it be easier to replace with this entire piece you have or remove door jamb and splice?... I have a simple drill and harbor freight flux wire welder. I'm a beginner but already replaced a quarter panel and floor pans.. I could also use the metal in between the two quarter panels that hold the latch for the trunk, connected to the trunk floor. The car was rear ended and bent it up, rusted it out.

 

I wish I could have seen you take it off... any tips? Will the body have to be removed from the frame to install this?

 

It sounds like you need a tail panel, I can check the one I have. Access to that jamb is a little difficult because of the inner panel that makes up the lower fender mounting ledge. Its welded very well and it might be easier replacing the full piece like I removed but the frame would be in the way where it mounts to the floor pan. The only tip I have is to drill a small hole in each spot weld, that will help keep your bit from sliding around.
