It currently has only been cut on both sides right behind the mufflers at the area just before the bend where it goes over the rear axle. To ship, it would need more cuts in order to get it in short enough pieces to fit into some type of box for shipping. Perhaps someone else on this forum has shipped an exhaust system before and can chime in. Also, there may be a surcharge from FedEx or UPS for an oversized box. I saw on the Pypes website that their shipping is between $60-$75. I have seen on some websites that people have shipped via Greyhound and it is less expensive.

Grey hound is by far cheaper. They do have length restrictions ,it would proble be in four pieces and a guess would be 50 bucks to ship. I shipped a fender for 60.00 from Utah to Cali

Do you know if it has to be in a box? Or can you just bubble wrap it, and strap it together?

Not sure I used a appliance box and cut it down to fit around and taped it it didn't look pretty but it worked

I have received exhaust in the mail/UPS just taped together with card board over the ends to protect them, that being said, I'm sure bubble wrap would be fine.
