1968-72' 12 bolt Chevy 4:10 ratio posi rear end with backing plates. All USA parts. GM series 4 case with GM 4:10 gears and new HD springs, clutches, and hardened pinion shaft. New Strange side gears and pinions, shimed. New Moser 31 spline race axles with Moser "C" clip eliminator kit. New Moser hardened 3 1/2" long wheel studs. All new Timken brgs. Complete rear end assembled by Allan's Gear Werks in Tampa, Florida, who has done my rears for over 30 yrs, and I never experienced a problem. Ring gear back lash set at .008"-.010". This rear end has ZERO miles or 1/4 mile runs!

Actual cost was $1,780.00 (2002 price, would cost at least $2000.00 + today), now $1,480.00 + actual shipping costs, palette, strapping, fuel charge to Fastenal (70 miles round trip), etc.
