I have this in a 68 Vista Cruiser parts car. The tilt works great and is tight in all positions. Over all it's in good condition but the chrome shift lever & tilt/signal levers are pitted/rusty. It comes without the steering wheel (which is a 67 wheel I put on there so I could move the car around the yard). $240 shipped (within U.S.) Paypal preferred, thanks.
