I have been working on this for a few years now. I have what I consider to have perfected the restoration of these dash panels. With one of the other sources for this no longer doing this work I thought it would be a good service for the Oldsmobile community.
These are done very well and I am proud to offer them to you all. My service will include some minor repairs if possible to the dash instrument panel you provide as well as fully striping off any current finish, The panel will then be vacuum plated with aluminum then painted the correct argent and black as they came factory. This is offered as a restoration of your part. I can also on various occasions have some panels in stock I can get restored for you or have in stock restored and ready.
If you provide the panel and it is a good candidate for restoration, the cost is $1250 plus shipping.
If you do not have one the cost varies based on stock available at that time.
These are show quality when done. This does not include any gauge or switch restoration.
Turn around on these to be completed is 8-12 weeks from the time it arrives at my shop. Prepayment is required and I do take paypal as friends and family (to keep the costs down) or money order.
These are exceptional quality as you can see in the pictures.
