65 cutlass 442 pvc tube

For sale is a 1965 442 or cutlass PCV tube that has been blasted and repainted the correct original rubber hose with the five ribs in it. The correct spring clamp. And the original crank case breather. As far as I know the breather tube has not been reproduced. Out of the 7 65s at the nationals none of the ones I saw had this piece installed. $150 shipped to your door. Thanks

Would this be used on just the automatic '65? My stick car has a breather/cap on the oil fill tube.

Good question. My car is an auto, do you have a hole on your air cleaner snorkel for this to go to?

No, car has an open air cleaner not the larger chrome looking air cleaner with a snorkel. Thought the four speed cars came with the open air cleaner, have had the car since '75 but could have been changed. Base of air cleaner has the drop down base. Car was built in August and had a pvc valve in valve cover.

Chris they never came with an open element air cleaner. I’d say your original one is missing. When I was just at the homecoming in Lansing, six of the seven 65s there didn’t have the original air cleaner.

Thanks did not know that. Know there were late changes near the end of 65 442 production, few tri carb experimental intakes were made, same casting number as 66 but with an X after it, still learning. Sorry did not mean to hi-jack your thread.

442BRO shows the 65 tri-power Ex.-
I have a NOS one but no tube or hose or clamp.
