’65 330 CI Engine For Sale

330 CI Engine out of a ‘65 Olds Cutlass Holiday Coupe. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner. The engine was in the car when I purchased the car. I ended up parting out the car and kept the engine with intentions of putting it in another Olds.

I fogged the engine 3 years ago, and it has been stored in a temperature controlled garage. The engine ran a little rich and had a small oil leak at the oil filter housing. I have a new gasket for the oil filter housing. It has a Carter 4bbl carb. Also includes starter, alternator, and water pump. Asking $275 or best offer. Engine is located in Ridgeway, VA. (276) 806-4910.

SOLD!

As far as you know it's a good, running engine?
Is that something you could get to Fastenal to ship?

When I took the engine out of the car it was a good running engine. The only two things I noticed is it ran rich and had a very small leak at the oil filter housing. I bought and will include the gasket for the oil filter housing.

There is a Fastenal in Martinsville, VA. I can check with them on cost to ship. I have not shipped via Fastenal before. Do they provide the shipping material(crate), or would I need to crate the engine? What zip code?

I don't believe they have the material. Don't know for sure. Basically, you strap or band the engine to a pallet, so it can be handle with a forklift. Shrink warp is always a good idea. Fastenal is generally, store-to-store for drop off and pick up. I understand their pretty cheap. My store is at 63376. Thank you.
