Have had this in a box for nearly 30 years. This is an NOS GM 14 inch wire wheel cover base, I don’t have the center ornament hub. Never been used that I can see. Has the correct Olds style rounded spoke retaining part at the rim edge. A little dusty, but looks mint.
Will be at the ‘25 OCA Nationals, prefer an in person see before you buy transaction.
