These are set up for the 482 cid 425-455 block , offset grind your crank to 4.250 stroke and the rod journals cut to 2.200 big chevy size , the rods are GRP 5500 series rods good for 1200 hp , they have been narrowed to fit the stock width Olds 425-455 dimension , no spunbearings J&E custom pistons were made to work with the rods , They have about 150 runs on them , they are in very good condition , I am building a new combo and will not be able to use these . Good afternoon Bob, just wanted to touch base with you on the rods and pistons you are selling. First I guess is are they still available? second where are you located? From the pics they all look good, so I can assume all parts are in spec?
