455 partial short block

New price…250.00
I just pulled the 455 engine out of my 70 w30 as the original block came with the sale when I bought the car. The original block and all w30 parts are going back into the car..The block that came out is a 396021F block, has the z bar hole tapped etc. This engine doesn’t have 7 thousand miles on it, ran perfectly, no ridge on cylinders etc..1974 block 0.30 overbore..
Block only, I sold the rods and pistons.
250. 00 or best offer..perfect block, does not need boring or machining..a simple hone is it.
Located in Sarasota Florida

Just a thought. Would it be better to sell the short block complete and purchase the crankshaft you need? I'm in Oregon so I'm not interested in buying it, but just a thought. If someone could purchase the short block complete it would be easier for them to make a running engine out of it. That might make it easier to sell.

Thats a thought, I would need to find a reasonable crank..my crank was a manual trans crank thats going into the factory block, hence the reason for pulling it out..

The year of the block is in the vin stamping on the block. The picture is a date code and mold #.
