These parts were purchased over twenty years ago from year one. I know back then them and NPD sold NOS GM parts when available. I believe the parts in the bags are NOS but not sure about the others.
I believe the hood pins stamped ACSCO, scuff plates with the green adhesive cover and the small plates in the bag are all NOS items. The other brackets I have no idea. This seems to be a complete kit.
You are purchasing the items in the pictures. Sorry I do not know any other info. If you want a certain picture, I would be glad to comply.

I think the other brackets are for a 1970 GTO. They are fender to valance/core support brackets.
