Works excellent, I watched the owner do a burn out. Took it out of a 442 that was getting parted.. was going to put it into my 71 cutlass but it didnt happen...complete brake lines to drums. New wheel cylinders also.

70CCV, I purchased this rear end to replace my 2.56 gears in my 70 350 Cutlass convert. That's why I strongly recommended the same change for your Olds. Couldn't be happier with the changeover.....

x2 I went from a 2.73 to a 3.23 & even that was some difference.
If you can't find agood used one Brian Trick sells rebuilt units & is a great guy to deal with.
