3:90 POSI 10 bolt rear end.

Nice, rolling GM A Body chassis with front and rear sway bars and drum brakes from 1972 Cutlass. It also has a 10 bolt POSI rear end with a 3:90 gear ratio. Pictures coming shortly. Asking $1,200. PayPal accepted. Located in Connecticut.

Hi, is that $1200 for the whole chassis, or just the rear end?
Thanks,
RandyS

I did say ASKING. Since my integrity is being called into question, I will attempt to justify my asking price. According to my calculations if you bought these items seperately it would go something like this:

10 Bolt 3:90 Posi Rear End - $500.00
Rolling frame - $400
Boxed control arms - $150
Front and rear sway bars - $100

I'm a reasonable guy. If these numbers seem out of line, feel free to respectfully disagree.

Seems like a fair price for a frame in that condition.

Not meant as an offensive remark - just a joke. As in easier to move.
Actually, your pricing is more than fair!
Sorry if it seemed that way!!

it was funny but I can see where it could be misconstrued...

The price seems reasonable for the whole set-up, I ve seen several frames (only the frame) in the same area $6-800

Im not sure you could get $150 for boxed arms when new ones are $200 w poly bushings, but as a whole seems like a good price.

You have to consider tho the market for the whole set-up is infinetly smaller than say the market for a posi rear

Sorry if I'm a little sensitive. I've seen guys get ripped in here before. Some deservedly so. Just thought I was being laughed at. My bad.

more in the mix..

there is also a front disc brake setup complete, a steering box, depending on the condition of the rear, it seems fair IMHO, as for the trailing arms, these are originals.
