1971 8.5 rear axle 3:90 posi disc brakes brand new

SOLD!!!!For sale is a freshly rebuilt 1971 8.5 rear axle i had built by brian trick. Fully disassembled cleaned rebuilt posi unit new 3:90 gears new bearings and new seals. I installed new rubber bumpers new poly control arm bushings. I installed s10 disc brakes with new rotors new pads new metal lines rebuilt calipers. Also included in this sale is abrand new set of braided stainless steel flex lines and brand new tubular control arms with poly bushings and grease fittings. This set up is 100% ready to istall. Very nice unit and tempting but I've got a good unit in my car. Good luck with the sale. Are those UMI control arms. I just installed a set of uppers/lowers on my 68. They look great.

I know they fit 15" idont know about 14"

Excellent setup, where did you find the disc brake kit? Is It made specifically for BOP or is it a Chevy conversion?

Its off of a 2000 s10 blazer with a shim plate. If you search theres a good article on nasty z28. I did it a little different but you get the jist. Thanks brandon
