I believe that's a '72 core support as it has the little "humps" for the '72 grill. It will fit and work just fine on a '71 but the '70 core supports are different. GLWS, it looks nice.

The area most people want to see on these core supports is the battery tray area. It's usually rotted/rusted out. That would be a good picture to post if the area is in great shape, and would likely help sell it faster.

Yes, 72 Core support needs those raised bumps for the Cutlass models that didn't get the 442 grill. The 72 grills were moved forward and needed that clearance. The 442 grills were left recessed, same as all the 71 grills.

So, to recap, a 71 core support only works on a 72 if you are using 442 grills. The Cutlass and Supreme grilles require the unique 1972 core support. A 72 core support fits 1971 but won't look correct. And yes, the OP's core support is a 72.
