1970-72 restored 4-speed console. Very nice condition. Originally black. Has 3 repaired flaws shown in photos. New 4-speed adapter, boot and 2 chrome bezels. Plastic hinge area had a small fracture and has been epoxy reinforced shown in photo 5. Photo 12 shows repaired crack not easily seen in bottom section that will be covered by the drivers seat when installed. Photo 11 shows a small repaired crack in the lower console section also not visible when installed. The two plastic bezels are original with original non-adhered 1970 burlwood applique. Both in my opinion driver quality. Photo 9 shows a small hole in the longer woodgrain section covered underneath with 1970 burlwood woodgrain. Has correct OEM rear light lenses painted flat black for the 4-speed console. $875.00 plus shipping from 24018.

The left front lower base is supposed to be cut off for 4 speed cars. If it's not removed the console will not fit the shifter hump.

 

You are right. I used a standard lower replacement section and did not cut it.
