1970 442 engine
I have a lead on a 70 455 engine that is from a 70 442 automatic car. Intake to pan with the 442 distributor. No carburetor. It is not stuck but I have never heard it run. Selling as an unknown condition core. Includes the W Z exhaust manifolds but they have pitting on them and drilled out studs for the outlets. $900
I don't have it home yet but if someone is seriously interested in it I can bring it home and get some pictures.

Nice. $900 is a stretch in my opinion. Large valve E's with an L intake & a 4 speed crank? Still, they haven't made one in almost 50 years. A 7040257 carb is a tuffy too if an automatic. Not sure what
the 4 speed carb would set you back.

Being that it is a 70 engine helps. I am always having people asking me for a 70 455 block. I know it is only a number stamp but it is still what people want.
This engine will have an X water pump also. That is $125 by itself.
