For sale is a gas tank from a California 69 vista cruiser. Car was running when I pulled it a few years ago, so I’m sure the sending unit is fine. Just surface rust no dents, not sure if it fits 68-72. Includes the gas tank straps, thought I had gas cap but cannot find it.

Thank you for rescuing this hard-to-find part.

Your tank is original equipment for A-body wagons made from start of model year 1968 through December 1969 and for non-California wagons through model year 1970.

It will replace tanks from California wagons made January 1, 1970 and later, also all model year 1971 through model year 1972. In this case, you must use the earlier gas cap, disconnect the vapor recovery system, and use the earlier tank vent apparatus.
