He hasn't responded to my message from April 27th....so I think he is MIA from the sight.

 

The bumper is sold, pending payment.

 

I have reached out to the buyer to arrange payment for the bumper but have been unsuccessful in my attempts . I've tried his number and also his email address. Perhaps he's been busy at work. I will wait until Thursday to hear back from buyer. If I do not hear back by Thursday then I will sell the bumper to someone else.
