1968 OEM black seat plastics
I have a set of bucket seat plastics for a '68. These were on the seats I was restoring for my car, I ended up buying a mint set that were in slightly better shape, so I switched them out.
These were all originally black pieces. They have been cleaned thoroughly and had adhesion promoter applied, followed by two coats of SEM landau black. They are a great match in color and sheen to the original nice set I purchased. You can't tell they have been painted... the SEM coating is great. I left a piece out in the sun and it did not get sticky in the heat. OEM edge trim (no bullets) is installed and is in what I would classify as very nice driver condition.
The good: all four skirts and passenger side seat back were an 8/10 before I restored them. I'd consider them a 9/10 now. Each piece may have a few nicks or scratches, but they aren't super noticeable (they are nearly 50 year old parts).
The bad: the driver side seat back was probably a 5/10 before I restored it, with sun fade and some scrapes. The scrapes would probably blend if you used SEM texture paint on those areas and resprayed the landau black. You can see the scrapes post-restoration in the picture below.
I can provide better pictures to any potential buyers via email. Asking $150/obo for the set. Thanks for looking!

Back up for sale... thought I had a deal made but haven't heard anything from the potential buyer.
I'll offer the same deal to anyone... $125 shipped to the lower 48 (and shipping isn't cheap due to box size). Repro seat skirts are $120 alone before shipping, this is a great deal since you are getting all six pieces.
