1968 cutlass S parts for sale

I have a cutlass that I am going to scrap. I will be removing all the parts, selling the frame, and scraping the body.

It has some good parts.

The body has pretty nice floors, etc.

IF you need some body parts (rear quarters have some rust around the lip and in the lower back) I can cut them out and sell them to you.

Let me know asap as I hope to get rid of the body in a few weeks.

Reply in thread only so I can keep track of who has contacted me.

Parts are located near Salt Lake City, Utah.

$25 minimum for a part cut out . . . think of the cost of my saws-all blades.

Thanks

Tim

I am interested in the complete right quarter panel, door jamb included. I know you mentioned rust around the wheel opening lip, I can fix the rust, mine is mashed beyond repair into the jamb area. Let me know how much for the quarter and shipping to 82001 zip. Thanks. Oh, do you have any wheel opening moldings?

ok . . .

ftw . . .
The drivers side is complete . . . the pass side outer chrome is broken.
I will need to check my 69 but if they are good and I don't need the 68 ones for mine, how about $35 shipped?

Al
I sent you an email with my phone # and email. I haven't heard back. Give me a call or email me about the frame. I have the frame sold locally but he is kind of a last resort as he will use the frame for a race car chassis. I would rather someone get better use from it.

Scotty
The deck lid strip with the oldsmobile script is in pretty nice shape. Shows some dulling and is not perfect but pretty nice.
How about $50 plus the ride?

sklbndt
I have one peak molding for the drivers side fender, and both door moldings. The pass side was crunched.
My 69 has them and I want to get a look at mine too to be sure I don't need them. I'll get back to you.

Kevin

I figure $150 plus the ride one the rear 1/4 cut where you want plus shipping? I am thinking of my time to cut it out plus a few blades. Sorry no wheel well opening moldings.

summerof84 (the other kevin)
I will have to get some pics for you. The passenger fender is no good. Drivers side pretty nice. Bumpers . . . I do not have the rear bumper only the front. Let me look things over and see.

Richard
sorry . . . no stashes of those parts.

rodrieguz
some of the grill headlight pieces are no good. Can you be more specific on which parts those are and what is the under fan motor assembly?

I will be selling off most of the little stuff but right now I am concentrating on the body and major parts because I need to get the main big stuff out of here.

Other parts that I need to cut out???? Anyone else need stuff cut out???

the drivers door is excellent. The pass door is clean . . . no rust, but the front lip got bent a little from the fender when it got crunched. A pretty easy fix.

How about $175 for the drivers side and $125 pass side?
Let me know if this seems reasonable to you.

That would include the regulator and glass if you want them. Plus shipping. These are hardtop doors with no window frame.

this is a canadian built car and has the c-clip chey type 12 bolt in it. I will sell it separately. What kind of rear are you looking for?

I have an 8.5 10 bolt from a 72 cutlass I will also sell.

I don't know the gearing yet on either.

let me know what you need.

Tim. unfortunately i do not know a lot about rearends. I have a stock 72 Supreme and am looking to get something like 3:23 gears. The car is a cruiser so i want something to help get her off the line a little better but that will still allow me to cruise comfortably at 80mph on the interstate without overworking the motor.

Are c clips better or worse or just diff?

If these will work on the convertible, I am interested.

For the headlights, I need the L-shaped chrome trim pieces that sit just above the housings next to the fender trim on each side...Under the dash vent tubes and ac/blower box, If the car has ac, everything associated with it would be nice to have.

Could use a non-cracked dash pad and an ignition switch bezel nut. Chances are slim but worth a shot.

ok . . . here we go

Bill
I don't know your location, but you may be better off just buying some gears and having them installed in your car. I have not been able to check the ratio yet, but I doubt that they are 323.

Craig

The doors are not rusty. Of course there is some surface rust in the upper inside and here and there, but they are solid doors. I looked them over and the drivers door does have a little crease in the side back. I will go $150 for it. the pass side needs a little work on the front lip areas where the fender damaged it some. IT is not rusty. $125 for that one. IF you want the glass and regulators, you can have them. But they will increase shipping costs some. You can have the vent windows too if you want them. no other parts included with the doors.

Dale
Craig has first dibs on the doors. If he decides not to take them, you are second in line.
The deck like is in good shape. NO major dints, no major rust. $125 for the bare deck lid.
The hood is the S hood with the louvers. $300 for it. This does not include the trim by the windshield on the hood.

Matt
Sorry the kick panels had speaker holes cut in them NOn ac but that doesn't help you. I have another set somewhere non ac if I didn't sell them a couple of years ago. Aren't they available aftermarket??

Berber. . .
Dale has first on the hood. You would be second. Same price as above. Plus shipping of course. Steering wheel junk (good center but the wheel is very cracked up) Rear view mirror is foggy. the rest looks good $10. . . and it has a driver side mirror . . . some slight pitting . . . but decent glass. $25.

Rodrieguz
I have some a/c stuff on a dash from a different car 69 and all the boxes, etc from a 71. Not sure on the tubes, etc but the inner and outer boxes should be the same. Pm me your phone # and we can talk.

Yeahbuddy

dashes have cracks (one ac one not). Sorry. Thought I had the ignition bezel . . . but it is a no show.

What color are the panels? Are they in good condition? Are the speaker holes cut cleanly or do they look like they were cut by deranged lunatics with machetes? Cost shipped to 46902? Thanks.
