On the '68 what shape are the kick panels in?

Do they have the vents and handles?

 

I'm looking for a Horn Relay - Delco Remy original for a 1968 Cutlass it is one year only like everything else on this car ugggh. Also do you still have the 68 dash pad? Is it in perfect condition?
