I just picked this up a week ago. #4 heads, 394417 block, forged crank, 2bl intake and carb. Newer points, cap, rotor, and wires. Nice valve covers and pan. Looks like its been gone through at some point. Under the valve covers its really clean, it has a aftermarket steel rocker setup (all rockers are tight), and i can tell it has newer style head gaskets. I degreased and pressure washed it. Built a run stand to run it on. Changed the oil, cleaned the plugs, set the timing and dwell. I ran it 4 different times. About a total of 60 min or so. Runs good. Good oil pressure alittle over 50 cold and never went below 47 hot. Smokes alittle when you rev it. but not that bad. (look at video) Starts easy hot or cold. No knocks or ticks. Its on my runstand so you can see it run first. The carb works fine but im sure that i could use a good cleaning, needs valve cover gaskets. Other then That its ready to drop in and go.

Comes complete with carb, aircleaner, starter, 5" W/P, original good dipstick :shock:, and stock manifolds . complet unknown Jetaway trans (its supposed to work) $450

Ok so i went out and found some Gold engine paint, and bought some new rubber valve cover gaskets. Got it all painted and back together. Heres the pics.

 

No longer for sale. Im gonna pull my 468 and stick it in my 64, and sell the 64. So i can get a 2dr 64-65 and start my Hotrod project.
