just picked up another 67 12 bolt type o
3.23 gear drum to drum
600.00 SOLD gear and posi unit
Have housing and axles

Let us know if it works out. I have a 69 as well and I wouldn't mind having a posi if I can find one that works for a good price. $700.00 sounds like a decent deal to me.

I did some research and what I found is 2'' shorter , upper control arms are different but lowers are the same,said to make sure you use your upper control arms off 68-72 and it bolts in , maybe someone will chime in and let us know if info is correct. I will try to get a hold of a couple members on here that build rear ends

Two inches seems like a lot to me. But if someone wanted to put a bigger tire on the rear I guess the two inches would come in handy.

What are you guys talking about? A 1967 Type O is exactly the same width as a 1969 version.
