1966 Ninety Eight for parts

some very solid sheet metal in this car. the front fenders have some dents in the front but the back bottom is very solid and no rust on the back side. the hood, trunk lid, core support, and front inner fenders are real nice. even the floor pans are solid. 425 engine is locked up, B heads. A/C still holds pressure and the hoses are not dry rotted. car sit since 1974. can e mail more pictures. $600, scrap price would bring close to that but i could never do it.

i can deliver up to 350 miles for $1 per mile one way.

this is the only picture i have on the computer now. i can get more and email them if you want more. it is in driver condition. it has some cracks. i think the center cap is gone now but the horn buttons are there and worked when i tested them a couple years ago. i would do $45 shipped if you want it.

StarGeneral was looking for a 65-66 speedometer and printed circuit a few days ago, as well as an ignition switch and plastic plug.

Eric, are the trans cooler lines intact? Specifically the 90 degree elbow on the top line at the radiator? It's specific to factory A/C cars to clear the compressor. Buddy with a Starfire is interested if you have it.

Yeah, I'm interested in the printed circuit for the speedo, I was also wondering if the clock works?

SG, odds are it doesn't but they're easy to get going again. Take the back of the case off, clean the solenoid points with some very fine sandpaper, then shoot a very small amount of WD40 or other light oil onto the clock mechanism. Hook it up to 12V and ground and odds are it will work.

You're pretty sharp so you get the clock opened up you'll figure it out.

Do you still have the top and side front windshield trim? I'm missing mine.

here is the speedometer. it has the one tab broke off. i don't know if you can fix it or not. the others feel nice and tight. i would take $10 plus shipping for the entire speedometer if you want it. the windshield trim is nice on the left and right side but the top looks like it was hit with a BB gun in one spot. it would still be good for a driver but i don't think it could be restored because the ding is to deep. i can get them off and get pictures if you are still interested in them. the pic i am posting is just one i had on the computer of it. i would take $20 plus shipping for them.

i really need to sell the entire thing. where are you located? it will be several weeks before i have the time to take it apart and cut them out. also shipping will not be easy if you can't pick them up. i would sell the rest of the car for $800 if you could do that. it has a great hood, inner fenders, trunk lid, front fenders are rust free but have dents, floor pans are perfect. if you are not to far away, i could deliver the car for $1.10 per mile one way.
