I removed this from a 1955 324 with a slant pan transmission on it. The teeth look good, I see no damage or flaws in the piece. Price is $50 plus shipping from Oregon. Let me know if you have any questions or want to see any additional views. I'm thinking this might fit the 1954 and the 1956 with a slant pan automatic. But I'm not an expert in this vintage. I'm hoping some of the members who are knowledgeable will post for sure what it will fit. If you happen to be close enough to pick it up in person I'll drop the price to $40. John

You're right. all 54, 55, & 56 model R trans use the same flywheel #8614998.
